We had the double room which was perfectly comfortable with private bathroom. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. The location was marvellous and super, around 10-15 minutes walk from Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The stay here was very enjoyable short, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was reasonably clean with excellent and absolutely perfect location not far from Madrid centro, things to do in Madrid and Calle Mayor. The staff that checked us in was really helpful...

We stayed in a great location, perfect for exploring with my three grandchildren. The atmosphere felt relaxing, and the nearby parks were a hit with the kids. We always found the placesuper clean and cozy.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the royal palace and Plaza Mayor. Being right in the city center makes it super convenient to explore all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the nearby metro station is just a stone's throw away.

The shower could use a little updating for better water pressure.

The room was super clean, had excellent AC, and was just a short walk from Puerta del Sol. We reminded me of we had a perfect launchpad to explore! The cleaning ladies were so kind and kept our room super clean every day.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The staff was helpful! I had a late flight, and they let me check out late, a lifesaver for me. The cleanliness was excellent, corridors were super clean too! Plus, the windows in my room provided some fresh air.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable given the service and comfort.
