The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the royal palace and Plaza Mayor. Being right in the city center makes it super convenient to explore all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the nearby metro station is just a stone's throw away, making commuting a breeze.

The shower could use a little updating for better water pressure.

The staff was helpful! I had a late flight, and they let me check out late, which was a lifesaver for me. The cleanliness was excellent, corridors were spotless too! Plus, the windows in my room provided some fresh air.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable given the service and comfort.
